I want to review this Revlon Nail Enamel polish in shade 270 Cherries In The Snow for you today. It's the most beautiful deep pink red with a glossy finish and the claims from Revlon say that it lasts up to 10 days with a Revlon base and top coat. Now, I've not used any base or top coat with this as I like to see how a nail varnish wears alone since I know I can get an extra day or two with a standard top coat but I have to say, this wears well. I had four days of chip free, glossy wear from it and then it needed a few touch up's after. It lasted a full week before I had to take it all off and reapply from scratch. I love the colour which is a perfect trans-season colour as I can see me wearing it from A/W right through to S/S. This would look perfect with a matte top coat or an accent finger and the staying power has truly impressed me. It's quite quick to dry too. Within 10 minutes I could literally run my fingers over them with no mess at all. I love the long brush this comes with as usually I find the brushes are a bit stumpy and don't get right down into the bottle enough and don't pick up enough product but this brush is as long as it is wide. It was one coat opaque but I put two on for good measure. This is brilliant as I have never found a good nail varnish, even high end, that are not at least two coats opaque.
All in all, I think the £6.49 price tag is brilliant. The bottle is quite big so would last a long time and if I'm honest, I believe I've found my signature colour.
